Yin Yoga Reset & Restore certainly does what it says on the tin. 
Breathwork to start followed by slow, long movements guided by Neil from start to finish so you get the most out of your class. The session ends with a relaxing savasana and then a refreshing glass of tea.  Just what you need after a busy week☺️

The loveliest last yoga session before Christmas - the Shala looked beautiful and the mats were set out in a circle.  Long, deep, relaxing poses with emphasis on the breath, followed by our usual relaxing savasana.  It couldn’t get any better .  

join us every other monday as we sit back , get comfortable and alow ourselves to disconect , realigning ourselves and letting go , just bring yourself some comfortable clothes , ending with oricle cards and a nice herbal tea

Neil is a great yoga teacher and I love his classes. He makes you feel welcomed, supported and inspired.. at any level. His guidance is genuine, thoughtful and relaxing, encouraging deep connection to your breath and body. But I’ve also challenged my physical body doing postures I didn’t think I was capable of. 
I’ve become stronger, more flexible and peaceful doing Neil’s classes and I highly recommend his meditations too.
