Neil is a great yoga teacher and I love his classes. He makes you feel welcomed, supported and inspired.. at any level. His guidance is genuine, thoughtful and relaxing, encouraging deep connection to your breath and body. But I’ve also challenged my physical body doing postures I didn’t think I was capable of. 
I’ve become stronger, more flexible and peaceful doing Neil’s classes and I highly recommend his meditations too.

A welcoming, friendly, inclusive class for all levels, the studio is comfortable with mats available along with bolsters, blocks, eye masks and blankets. All of which makes a wonderful experience for anyone wanting to practice yoga in Wirral. A good range of different classes with excellent tuition and guidance. Highly recommended.
