All of which makes a wonderful experience for anyone wanting to practice yoga in Wirral. A good range of different classes with excellent tuition and guidance. Highly recommended.

His guidance is genuine, thoughtful and relaxing, encouraging deep connection to your breath and body. But I’ve also challenged my physical body doing postures I didn’t think I was capable of. 
I’ve become stronger, more flexible and peaceful doing Neil’s classes and I highly recommend his meditations too.

This is an amazing class.  Physically quite challenging but Neil is a brilliant teacher and helps you through at your own level. The atmosphere is really calm and everyone is so friendly and welcoming.  Not to be missed!
